Lila Magnin
Lila Magnin is a dancer and choreographer and music creator. She is based in Belgium. Lila has her own visual and musical universe which she has been sharing on stage and social media for several years now.
She started dancing at the age of 3 with the Bharata Natya and went to the Juste Debout School in Paris at the age of 18. Back in Belgium she works as a dancer for several projects and releases her first two songs/clips in self-production. She also continues to follow dance trainings all over the world, such as in NYC and LA.
In 2015 she will leave for Australia for a year where she earns the money by giving dance workshops and doing street shows. As an actress she has worked several times for director Hussein Ali on his plays Woman to Woman, Zero, Zone and Hamlet (Iraq).
In 2019 she will choreograph her first piece the #roof is on fire, produced by Mons Arts de la Scène and supported by the Commission de la Danse (Fédération Wallonie Bruxelles). She will present her second piece Azad, a solo, for the first time in 2021. She will also release her first EP Gunpowder.
