Since 2025, wpZimmer has been organizing its internal operations according to the principles of Sociocracy 3.0. This multi-voiced organizational practice is also permeating its artistic activities in various forms and approaches. For example, for the third year in a row, wpZimmer is organizing an open call for collectives. Together with the collectives, we delve into issues surrounding shared responsibility, autonomy, and collective decision-making.

This year, wpZimmer also organized its first Collective Day, during which we got to know one another and each other’s practices and exchanged knowledge about working in and with collectives, featuring Katinka De Jonge, Playing Works, and Felipe Ferreira, among others. As a follow-up to this day and driven by the desire to continue learning together, we’ll delve further into consensus decision-making during the Collective Decision Making training on Thursday August 25th at 5PM. The session will be led by Felipe Ferreira in English.

The training is open to anyone interested in this topic. Registration is not needed.
