Marthe Koning

Marthe Koning is performer and performance creator. She creates musical, physical performances: with her voice she cuts rashly along a carefully constructed visual spectacle. 

Recently she was seen at Love at First Sight Festival with her solo ‘What Pessoa Taught Me’ where through the poet’s words she finds boundless: when are you yourself and when are you a place, only, where felt or thought? As a member of King Sisters collective she was seen in the Netherlands and Flanders with their most recent concert performance ‘Rebuilding a Voice’.
