In her new solo project The Heroic Moment, Finnish choreographer Anne Pajunen investigates the notion of heroism and the way heroes are created. What are heroes made of and how do they come to exist? The performance is dedicated to imagining the future through a re-evaluation of the past, to the hopes and fears of the present and to the promises of different worlds. From childhood fantasies to social reality, through the lens of fiction and poetry, it investigates different narratives around ideas of the future.
