Atelier Tactile Talk aims to show and make relationships between people tangible. Katrien gives workshops for a diverse Antwerp audience on how we can communicate with each other through body language and imagery. At social and cultural organizations she will supervise workshops for different target groups.
Participants are invited to communicate with each other in game mode through physical actions and visual tools. They respond to each other in a playful way by, for example, laying lines on the floor that indicate connections and boundaries, or by remotely repeating movement patterns of each other that make a connection visible. In this way they explore the social space in an artistic and accessible way.
