Composer and musician Mirko Banovic studied jazz bass at conservatory Gent. He recorded and performed with Arno, Arsenal, Zita Swoon, An Pierlé, Sioen, Meuris, Jane Birkin, Olla Vogola, Axelle Red, Julien Doré, Adamo, Arid, PJDS, Marie Warnant, Anton Walgrave, Deus, a.o.

Banovic composed music for theatre performances de Drumleraar and Soeur Sourire. Currently he is performing with Arno, Tjens Matic, Arsenal, PJDS, FES – Boggamasta, Wicona airbag, P4P, S.w.a.n., Moondog project and Modderhed.
