Mestizo Arts Festival

MAP is a platform for the exchange of creative impulses and strategies of artists and companies both within and across national borders. With our own concepts and projects and with co-productions and performances that fit within our innovative vision of urban arts, we work on a platform that reflects the constantly changing cities.

We start from a rich mix (‘mestizo’) of and dialogue between art forms, cultures, organisations, artists and the public. We like to push our boundaries into the unknown.

With more than 50 partner organisations and more than 150 artists, they demonstrate the cultural richness of the cities. They build bridges and strengthen ties between artists, cultural institutions, organisations outside the arts and, of course, the inhabitants of the city.
