It is a philosophical investigation into the sense of taste, in which our tongue and digestive system play crucial roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During her residency in Iceland, Gosie will develop work that continues on her research of last year in Hevergardi (IS). The creation process and presentations take place on two different places in Iceland.
