What are the exact conditions for a successful, democratic and transparent working process? This question brought Anouk Friedli and Barbara T\u2019Jonck (two theater makers) together and served as the starting point for PlayingWorks: a study into more democratic and transparent collaboration through play.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This play-based research stems from the conviction that the project-based logic of the performing arts contains a collective political experiment; not only must different artistic visions find common ground, but emotional relationships and issues of power and responsibility must also find form and balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
