PROJECT

Sofie Durnez’s costumes dress characters, movements, stories and contexts. Her scenographies are evolving landscapes. 
During her residency at WP Zimmer, Sofie engages with both, seeking overlap, synergy and contrast in images and materials. By also involving light, sound, smell and temperature, she explicitly seeks the physical limits of her designs.

In time, Sofie opens up the workspace for others to collaborate undisciplined (across disciplines).
