The word is out! For the third time, Beyond the Black Box takes over different corners in the city of Antwerp to mold a four-day programme, celebrating work that breaks out of boxes and colors outside the lines of classical genres.

Sébastien Hendrickx (BE) is a dramaturge and performance artist. His debut performance The Good Life (2021) was an immersive trip imagining the good life in times of profound ecological mutations. Following the narrative piece Moddertong (2022-2024), he currently works on Palace of Justice (2025-2026), a performative portrait of the Palace of Justice in Brussels.

Maxime Arnould is a stage director. He was born in 1992 in Reims (France). After training as an actor at the Comédie de Reims, Centre Dramatique National, he will graduate from the INSAS He is both a director and a performer, while also collaborating with other artists: Ivana Müller, Paola Pisciottano, Elsa Chêne, Audrey Apers, Mikael Serre, Julie Benegmos and Collectif 3ème Vague.

Ping-Hsiang Wang is a theatre director from Taiwan. His work has focused on how human behavior is being disciplined and modified through the evolution of materiality, the internet, systems, machinery, the environment, and commerce.

Meet Keerthi Basavarajaiah, a multi-disciplinary performance maker of Indian origin, currently based in Amsterdam for over 7 years.

In preparation for the premiere of CRASH TEST during the upcoming Beyond the Black Box Festival, Line Boogaerts and Ine Claes are looking for kids between 9 and 12 years old who want to join their workshop in preparation of the première.
